Welcome to Arun Housing Services

Arun Housing Services are based in Church Street, Littlehampton. Arun District Council has its own stock of housing - currently around 3,500 units (which includes around 700 sheltered units), and manages more on behalf of private owners.

Our Neighbourhood Housing team manages all of these properties for council tenants.

We have a team which deals with rents, and one which deals with repairs.

If you are worried about paying your council rent, get help from our Housing Finance team and Money Advice.

Council tenants can register for on-line access to their rent account or to log property repairs. For more information about this please see our new I-Housing page.

Housing needs

We help people who are looking for housing. Our teams help with housing options and aim to prevent homelessness.

Our Allocations Team manage our Housing Register, dealing with housing register applications and banding them according to housing need. You will need to be on the Housing Register if you would like to apply for a Housing Association place.

Our system for offering properties to rent is Homemove. Homemove is the choice based lettings scheme for council and housing association homes in Adur, Arun, Brighton & Hove, Chichester, Hastings and Wealden, giving you more choice about where you want to live.
