Meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each, excepting August and January when no meetings are held, at Aldingbourne Community Sports Centre (Main Hall), Olivers Meadow, Westergate, commencing 7:30pm. Public & Press are welcome to attend but may only speak before the Council during the period allocated on the Agenda for Public Session or if invited to speak by the Chairperson. It would appreciated if any resident wishing to speak on any matter would ntify the Clerk at least 24 hours prior to commencement of the meeting.
