Introduction to Planning & Building Control Records This website links directly to Arun District Council's Planning and Building Control database. It contains historical records of Planning & Building Regulation applications since 1948 as well as details of current applications awaiting a decision.
Please be aware that the records are only as up to date and as accurate as the information we have entered onto the data base. There will always be a delay between us receiving an application and it appearing on this web site. Care must be taken when searching for information as the system will only match your search criteria and the information may be held under a different description. In some cases it may be necessary to visit the office to ensure that you have the full site history.
Planning applications received after 1st November 2005 can be viewed online. It is also possible to view decision notices on all planning applications from May 1992 to date.
