The 'Organising an Event' guidance notes are a simplified guide for you, the organiser. This guide is designed to highlight the more important aspects concerning event management along with advising you on the type of licenses you may need to apply for. The guide also provides useful information on promoting your event which can offer your event 'FREE' promotion.
If you are considering organising an event, please contact the Event Section initially on 01903 737858. Should your event be held on Arun District Council owned or controlled land you will be required to complete an Event Application Form.
