Developers and Partners Engaged in the Charter

Signatories of the Bognor Regis Regeneration Developer and Partner Charter have pledged to endeavour to fulfil the five objectives summarised below:
Raise average weekly wages in the area
Raise educational attainment and skill levels
Improve the competitiveness and sustainability of the small businesses in the area
Excite residents, visitors and potential investors with the intentions, plans, progress and outcomes of developments
Promote good if not best practice in safe, secure and considerate working practices.
It is safe to say that the children above, members of the Community Action Network ,were excited during the creation of images representing community, environment and the seaside which have made their way onto the hoardings. Such was the level and quantity of the work provided that Sime Darby has promised to display more community work on these hoardings in the coming months.

.Willmott Dixon and West Sussex County Council
Willmott Dixon and West Sussex County Council (both signatories), provide another example of the principles of the Developer and Partner Charter being encompassed into a local development. Together these partners have sought to excite residents and pupils alike with the plans and progress of their new school, BognorRegisCommunity College. Such activities have included site visits, the breaking of the first turf and burial of a time capsule:
