Embedded Conditions and Restrictions

If you converted your old licence during the "Transition Period" i.e. between Feburary and August 2005, and did not vary your licence to remove all embedded restrictions and conditions your licence will be subject to these conditions.  The majority of these are what were Standard Conditions under the old licensing regime.   

These restrictions and conditions may not appear word for word on your new licence but if you wish to find out what some of them are the documents below will help you.  Please refer to the Licenisng Act 2003 and associated documents for full details.

Remember these only apply if you converted a Justice Licence, a Public Entertainment Licence, Theatre Licence, Cinema Licence and/or Late Night Refreshment House Licence.
