Will church halls, chapel halls, or similar buildings also be exempt from the requirement for a licence?

 

 

The use of church halls, chapel halls or other premises of a similar nature will require a licence for the provision of regulated entertainment (unless they come within one of the exemptions listed above) but there will be an exemption from having to pay the fee associated with that provision of late night refreshment, a fee will be required for those activities.
