The bands of fees use the Non-Domestic Rateable Value of the property.  This is normally at the top of your latest bill and changes from time to time. If you do not know your Non-domestic rateable value you can use http://www.voa.gov.uk/ to help you find the value.  Remember this is not what you pay in rates but the value of the property.
