‘Winter is coming. Prepare ahead of cold weather to stay healthy’

The NHS West Sussex is urging people across Sussex to prepare for winter and be aware of the health risks associated with the colder months. Our health and wellbeing can be seriously affected, you could be more susceptible to colds, flu, hypothermia, pneumonia, slips and falls to name just a few.

It  makes sense to plan ahead and try to prevent any unnecessary ill health and accidents.
