Leader of the Council
Leader and Deputy Leader of Arun District Council
The Leader of the Council is Cllr Mrs Gillian Brown, Ward Member for Aldwick East.
Cllr Mrs Brown has responsibility for democratic and strategic issues, partnerships, consultation, public involvement, performance and best value. The Leader has specific responsibilities for representing the Council at county, regional and national level.
The Deputy Leader of the Council is Councillor Dudley Wensley, Ward Member for Angmering
As well as being Deputy Leader of the Council, Councillor Wensley has special responsibility for Corporate Governance.
