What we do – day to day
- Cooperate with partner agencies to improve service provision for the migrant communities and participate in the community engagement events
- Raise awareness of the Project
- Promote ESOL classes
- Collate data
- Translate materials for the benefit of the migrant communities
- 1-1 sessions with members of migrant communities
- Assistance in following languages: Polish, Russian, Lithuanian and Latvian
- Supporting local organisations by providing interpreting and translations
Services we do not offer

Attend :
- any interviews associated with Jobcentre Plus, including job enquiries and social security benefits
- hospital/medical appointments including interpreting over the phone
- parent-teacher meetings at schools
- Act as an Employment/Recruitment Agency
- Give specialist advice on individual cases.
