Information about Sundry Debts

 
The Sundry Debts section are part of the Revenues and Benefits Department and are responsible for collecting money owed for services provided by the Council where an invoice has been raised.
 
Some of the different incomes we collect follow, if you need further information about the services they provide you may like to look at the webpages for their area, therefore each of the following are also links to their part of the website and their page will open in a new window:
 

 

One of the areas we collect money for is Lifeline but if you have a Lifeline emergency or you want to report a fault with your equipment or you have lost your pendant please call:

01903 737970 Monday – Friday between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm, or

01243 778688 Evenings, Weekends, Bank Holidays and Council offices closures

What Sundry Debts don't collect

 
Invoices for orders made by the Council, Housing rent, Council Tax and Business Rates are not collected by the Sundry Debt section. Housing rents are collected by the Housing Department and  Council Tax  and Business Rates are collected by the Revenues Section.
