Working for the Public

The purpose of the Working for the Public Group is to continually explore and monitor improved services to the customer.
 
We aim to:
 
Keep our customers at the forefront of the Council's thinking.
 
Initiate, encourage, promote, produce and monitor customer care projects throughout the Council.
 
Work with our colleagues to tailor services to meet our customers' needs.
 
The Group is always keen to hear ideas about ways to improve our services.  For further information, or to pass on a good idea, email strategy.unit@arun.gov.uk
 
Members of Arun's Working for the Public Group launched an updated Charter in the Reception Areas at Arun Civic Centre and Bognor Regis Town Hall on 5th October 2009.
