Non-urgent calls
If you have been unable to speak to someone directly you can leave a message on our answerphone facility on 01903 737970. The answerphone is available to the team at all times including evenings, weekends, bank holidays and council office closures. Please leave a short message, your name and contact number and an adviser will call you back as soon as possible.
The emergency response service through the Lifeline unit is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

For example, if you want to report a fault with your equipment or if you have lost your pendant, please call:
