Arun District Council invites bids for Bognor Regis Regeneration schemes
Arun District Council is inviting interested parties to put forward their ideas for the regeneration of Bognor Regis, in particular Council owned sites and specifically the Regis Centre area.
The invitation is open to any, developer, architect, development partner or community group (but not individuals) with ideas for the Regis Centre and Car Park (land between Place St Maur and Clarence Road), Hothamton Car Park, Esplanade Skate Park, London Road Car Park, Gloucester Road Car Park.
If you are interested in making a presentation to demonstrate your ideas or vision and how they might be funded then we would invite you to do so by the 13 November 5pm. After this date the Council will seek to arrange dates and times for presentations to be made to all councillors. A summary of all the presentations will be compiled and presented to a future meeting of the Council.
