Pagham

The Arun Local Plan has allocated several sites for strategic housing and employment development across the district to meet local housing and employment needs. A strategic site is land identified within the Arun District Local Plan to accommodate major developments for housing provided up to the year 2031.

The strategic allocations identified in Pagham will collectively deliver at least 1,200 dwellings over the Local Plan period (2011-2031).

Below are the different strategic sites in Pagham:

  1. Church Barton - Land at Church Barton House, Horns Lane
  2. Land west of Hook Lane
  3. Land west of Osborne Refrigerators, Rose Green Road
  4. Regis Park - land north of Sefter Road and 80 Rose Green Road
  5. Summer Lane - Land South of Summer Lane, Pagham
