Changes to bus pass scheme
If you are looking to renew your concessionary bus pass or make a new application, please be advised that since 1 April 2013, Arun District Council is no longer responsible for administering this service.
Current passes will continue to be valid and will be renewed automatically, although some customers will be contacted directly prior to renewal.
Customers should now contact West Sussex Bus Pass Information Line (local rate) 0845 0751018 or write to West Sussex Bus Pass, PO Box 212, Waterlooville, PO7 6ZN.
