Attached is the Overview Select Committee's Work Programme for 2013/2014 which was approved by Full Council as its meeting held on 15 May 2013. This will be uploaded shortly. Any further changes to the Committee's Work Programme will be reported to each future Committee meeting. The agenda for future meetings of the Committee can be found at the bottom of the table below.
The Overview Select Committee normally meets six times a year but may have ’special’ meetings for urgent issues. Meetings are open to members of the public and usually take place at the Arun Civic Centre in Littlehampton
at 6.00pm. There may be occasions when certain issues may need to be discussed in closed session due to sensitivity. These items are usually placed at the end of the agenda and the press and the public will be requested to leave the room.
