  • Being a full time student
    • This form will take about 5 minutes to complete.

    Before you start you will need:

  • The council tax reference number
  • A contact telephone number
  • The details of everyone aged 17 years and over living in the property
  • A student certificate for any students living in the property*
    • *not required for students at Chichester College or the University of Chichester
