    For Sundry Debtor Customers, including Lifeline Customers, there is still currently a problem with your Direct Debit collection for November 2018.  Unless a separate payment is made in the meantime, we are hoping that two amounts will be collected from your nominated bank account on 20 December 2018.  Please make sure you leave enough funds in your bank account to enable the Direct Debit to be collected.
