Christmas 2025
Our reception areas at the Civic Centre and Bognor Regis Town Hall will close at 4pm on Christmas Eve and will reopen at 9am on Friday, 2 January 2026.
Our telephone lines close at 5.15pm on Christmas Eve and reopen at 8.45am on Friday, 2 January 2026
If you need urgent help during the break, please call 01903 737500 for the main switchboard where the out-of-hours message will signpost you to the service you need.

Housing Options
This service is open to visitors (at the Civic Centre, Littlehampton) on weekdays 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 4pm with the exception of Wednesdays (open at 11am).
Webchat
Talk to a member of our customer services team using webchat. It is staffed Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays 9am to 5pm, Wednesdays 11am to 5pm and 9am to 4.30pm on Fridays. The chat has an automated service to answer questions outside of these times.
