Charity non-resident permits

Bognor Regis charity non-resident permits are available to those who work/volunteer for a charity that is either located within the Controlled Parking Zone or operates for residents located within the controlled parking zone (CPZ). They are for essential/legitimate operational use only.

Where permit holders can park

Permit holders will be allocated a road where they are allowed to park within ‘permit holders only’ spaces and shared use bays, but not in pay and display or council-owned car parks.

The permit does not guarantee a particular space and does not mean that a space will always be available.

Charges

The permits are available at the following cost:

  • 12 months £175

Low emissions vehicles

If your vehicle is a low emissions vehicle permits are available at the following cost:

  • 12 months £132

Low-emission vehicles are vehicles that emit less than 50g CO2/km and can travel at least 70 miles or 112km without any emissions at all.

How to apply for a charity non-resident permit

You will be required to select the preferred street you require the permit for. Please note the charity non-resident permits are limited in capacity and whereby a preferred street is not available, another street nearby will be offered. Proof of working/volunteering for the charity will need to be provided. If the vehicle has low emissions, proof the vehicle has low emissions will also need to be provided.
