Concerned about a rough sleeper

If you’re concerned about someone you have seen sleeping rough, you can report this via Streetlink.

This is a national service to inform local authorities or outreach services about people sleeping rough so they can help that person to get the support they need.

Severe Weather Emergency Protocol (SWEP)

During severe weather we operate additional provision for people sleeping rough when the weather is zero degrees or lower for three consecutive days, which is implemented on the first night of the forecast.
