Arun Landscape Study and Gap Analysis (Emerging)

Arun District Council has commissioned the update to the Landscape Study and Gap Analysis for the district. The purpose of this study will be to help the council come to an informed and evidence-based view on the landscape character and context of the district, as well as related to specific development opportunities which will be identified as part of the preparation of a new Local Plan. This will enable the council to understand the potential of parts of the district to help contribute towards meeting the development needs as well as identify essential gaps between settlements that need to be maintained.
