If you need to contact us, your first step should be to use our website www.arun.gov.uk to see if you can find the answer to your enquiry before calling us.
If you do need to call, you may experience a longer wait time, and you may be offered the option to leave us a voicemail message. We will return your call if you leave us a message, however we may not call you back until the next working day. We are working as hard as we can to continue to deliver our services to you, just in a different way and ask for your patience and understanding during this difficult time.
