Arun remains open for business, but to ensure any risks to residents and officers are minimal we are operating slightly differently to pre COVID-19.
Our receptions are open, and have been throughout the pandemic for those needing certain services, however we now have an appointment system for residents to speak with officers. Our Customer Service team provides a ‘meet and greet’ service in reception and will arrange appointments for face to face meetings for some services or redirect to different council areas as necessary. In the near future we will be introducing an online booking system for residents to book appointments with the appropriate service at a time that is convenient to them.
