This is a free service.

By making these kinds of lifestyle changes you can reduce your risk of developing cardiovascular disease, stroke, Type 2 diabetes and other preventable conditions.

Whether you want to lose weight, give up smoking, drink less alcohol, or get more active, our free services can help you improve your health.

When our clients set goals, we encourage them to make their goals SMART - Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and have a Timeframe. For example, rather than setting a new year's resolution as 'I want to walk more', you might say: 'I will start to walk for half an hour, four times per week. I will walk on Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday at 7am before I get ready for work or going out. I will walk two circuits of my local park. I will review my goal in three months' time. I can then look at increasing the distance I walk or the speed I walk if I need'.
