Did you know…Arun District Council encourages Armed Forces Veterans to reach out for extra support?
Arun District Council is encouraging anyone who has served in the Armed Forces to get in touch with our Revenues and Benefits team to see if additional help, discounts and benefits may be available to them.
Even if extra support is not needed at the moment, making the us aware of your veteran status now could help you access assistance more quickly in the future. We want to make sure that you, as former service personnel, are aware of any support that you may be able to access.
When our Revenues and Benefits team is informed of a resident's veteran status, this can be recorded on their account which helps the team provide reminders about relevant benefits and share information about new government initiatives for former military personnel.
