West Bank
The West Bank site is located on the estuary of the River Arun, flanked by the coast and Littlehampton Harbour. The site has unique opportunities due to its location, along with constraints for it is functionally connected to the Arun Valley Special Protection Area. Therefore, any development should avoid any adverse effects on this designated area.
Development proposals will provide at least 1,000 dwellings over the plan period, which will be key to supporting the future regeneration of the town and Littlehampton Economic Growth Area.
