Our customer portal is still offline because a security issue was found by one of our software providers. Keeping your data safe is our top priority, so we're running full system checks and upgrading the portal before it goes live again.

Right now, we do not have a date for when the portal will be back. We will keep you updated and share any big news as soon as we can in the new year.

What you can do instead:

Payments: you can make payments by calling 0330 0416 497 or online via Make a payment.

Repairs: you can contact the team on 01903 737827 or alternatively visit the repairs page.

Tenancy Services: you can contact the team on 01903 737534 or alternatively visit the 'your tenancy' page.
