Clinical waste and sharps collections

Medisort offer a free collection service for Arun residents who need medical or clinical waste collecting from their homes. They will collect the following items:

• bandages
• incontinence pads
• stoma bags / catheter bags
• needles/sharps

Collections are on a set day depending on the area you live in. Medisort will provide the bags as required and these are replaced after each collection.

If you require a sharps collection your GP will provide you with the first sharps box and any replacements will be through Medisort.
