How the service works

The Arun Lifeline personal alarm service is a quick and easy way to get help if you have an accident or an emergency in your home. Two ladies talking one with Pearl around her neck

Press the button on your neck or wrist worn pendant and connect to a locally based alarm receiving centre (ARC) also known as a monitoring centre where a team is on hand 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to deal with your personal emergency.

We work in partnership with our wellbeing and community safety teams, Sussex Police and West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service to bring you the best and most reliable service possible.
