Littlehampton 2 hour free parking disc

From 1 January 2024, a new 2-hour free parking scheme launches in Littlehampton. The new virtual and cardboard discs are on sale now. 

Use both the virtual parking disc or a cardboard parking discs in one of the following participating car parks:

Both the virtual disc and the cardboard disc, costing £3 for the whole of 2024, will allow 2 hours of free parking per day in the above car parks. Please note, the virtual disc cannot be used in conjunction with the cardboard disc to obtain more than 2 hours free parking per day. View full terms and conditions for the parking disc scheme.

The virtual parking discs are available to purchase via the MiPermit website using the link below. Virtual parking discs can be purchased for both Littlehampton and Bognor Regis. The virtual disc is linked to your registration number and parking be activated using the MiPermit app when parked in a participating car park. Once activated, a countdown will appear on the smartphone’s lock screen displaying the remaining free parking time.

Alternatively, customers can purchase the virtual parking disc online and contact MiPermit on 0345 520 7007 to activate their stay when parked in a participating car park.

From 1 January 2024, your old purple discs will no longer be valid. You can recycle your old parking disc with us at the Littlehampton Civic Centre or by popping it in your recycling bin at home.

Further information about the scheme

You can buy a Littlehampton or Bognor Regis virtual or cardboard disc any time from now until the end of 2024.  Both the virtual and cardboard discs are available to anyone, not just residents of Arun District and you can buy the discs for either one or both areas if you choose to.

If you need help setting up your virtual parking discs a tutorial video will be created and made available on our social media ahead of 1 January 2024.

Customers can use a virtual or cardboard parking disc for 2 hours of free parking, once per day. If customers exceed the 2 hours parking time limit, without purchasing additional parking, a Penalty Charge Notice may be issued. In addition, moving the clock forward on the cardboard disc is prohibited and may lead to the issue of a Penalty Charge Notice. View full terms and conditions for the parking disc scheme.
