Parking spaces to lease in River Road, Arundel
Arun District Council are seeking tenants for parking spaces in River Road Car Park, Arundel.
There are three spaces available which are accessed by a 'fold-down parking post' and you will be supplied with a key for the post for the duration of the lease.
The lease will be for a period of three years and will be contracted out of the security of tenure provisions of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
Spaces will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
