Simpler Recycling is coming

Alongside a new weekly food waste collection, most homes will move to fortnightly general waste collections using a new 180-litre bin. 

You can 'opt out' if you already have a 180-litre bin, or smaller. If you need guidance on bin sizes - follow the link below and go to 'General waste collections and general waste bin option' in the drop-down section and click on 'diagram to help you know the size of your existing bin' where you will find a bin size images.

Recycling collections will remain fortnightly.

If you live in a flat, or have different collection arrangements, these will be managed separately. You'll be contacted before the changes begin, so don't be concerned.
