Pay your rent

You can pay in many ways including online, by phone, or in person.

It’s very important to pay your rent on time so that you do not go into arrears and breach your tenancy agreement with us.

Pay online

You have been sent a payment swipe card or a barcoded rent statement which has a 19-digit number and your 10-digit rent account number.

Pay through our website

The quickest and easiest way to pay is via our website.

You will need:

  • a debit or credit card
  • your 10-digit rent account number (starting with a 9)

Pay via mobile using the Allpay APP

The AllPay payment App is secure and free to download from the Apple App store or Google Play using your Apple or Android smartphone and lets you pay your rent quickly and easily.

To use the mobile App you’ll need:

  • a valid email address
  • your 19 digit payment reference number (found on your rent payment swipe card or your barcoded rent statement)
  • a current debit or credit card

Online banking, telephone banking and standing orders

You’ll need:

  • your 10-digit rent account number (starting with a 9) should be used as the reference number.

Allow five working days for your payment to reach us.

Pay in person

You can use your rent payment swipe card or barcoded rent statement to pay by cash, cheque or card at any PayPoint outlet or Post Office.

If you have lost your payment swipe card please phone: 01903 737534 during office hours and we will order you a new card which should arrive two days later.

Pay by Direct Debit

Direct Debit is a simple and safe way to pay your rent as it saves having to remember how much and when to pay.

You can choose to pay weekly on a Monday or by monthly instalments taken on the 1st or 25th.  If you have a change in your rent we will write to tell you beforehand how much your new instalments will be.

Print and complete the direct debit form and return it to the address on the form.

We will then write to you to confirm it has been set up, how much your instalments will be and when the first instalment will be taken from your bank/building society.

Alternatively, you can phone us and we will set the Direct Debit up over the phone. You will need your bank details to do this. Phone: 01903 737850.

  • your debit or credit card
