We will collect your full name, email address and phone number to record your opt-out from receiving a 180-litre refuse bin.

We collect your full name, email address and phone number to ensure accurate records of households opting out of the bin rollout. This helps us manage delivery logistics and maintain service records. Arun District Council may use your contact details to follow up if there are any queries about your submission.

Your address will be shared with our waste contractor, Biffa, to support the rollout and ensure that bins are not delivered to households that have opted out.

Your contact details (full name, email address and phone number) will be retained by Arun District Council only and will not be shared externally.

Your address will be stored in a secure database to confirm that you have provided your own 180 litre or smaller wheeled bin. No personal details will be retained beyond the rollout period (January 2027), and they will not be used for any other purpose.

Your information will be retained only for the duration of the bin rollout (January 2027) and will be securely deleted once the rollout is complete and records are finalised.
