Information we collect

We’ll be asking for the date, time and location of your event. We will also ask for a contact name, phone number and email address for the organiser.

Why we collect this information

We ask for the details of when the event is taking place so we can check it does not clash with any other planned events.  We ask for the organisers details so we can discuss the arrangements for any equipment being borrowed. We will also contact them about safety requirements and to arrange where we will pick up the rubbish collected.

Who we might share your information with

The organiser’s personal information will not be shared with anyone outside the cleansing team.

What we do with your information

Non-personal information may be used in publicity – such as the event details and how much rubbish was collected.

How long we will keep your information

The information in your form will be kept for 12 months after the event has taken place.
