We will collect your address, full name, email address and phone number to enable us to remove the unwanted general waste bin from your property boundary.
We collect your address to ensure we attend the correct property and remove the unwanted bin, upon request. We may used your contact details to follow up if there are any queries about your submission.
Your address will be shared with our waste contractor, Biffa, to ensure bin removals are completed as requested. Your contact details (name, email address and phone number) will be retained by us only and will not be shared externally.
Your address will be stored in a secure database to confirm that you requested the removal of your unwanted general waste bin. No personal details will be retained beyond the rollout period (January 2027), and they will not be used for any other purpose.
Your information will be retained only for the duration of the bin rollout (January 2027) and will be securely deleted once the rollout is complete and records are finalised.
