Resident Engagement Strategy 2026-2030 Consultation
We are seeking feedback on our draft Resident Engagement Strategy 2026 to 2030.
The strategy sets out how we will work with council tenants and leaseholders over the next four years to make sure residents have a say in housing services and the decisions that affect them. It explains how residents can get involved, how feedback will be used, and how we will demonstrate the difference resident involvement makes.
The draft strategy also reflects new requirements for social housing landlords. It includes new opportunities for residents to influence services, including through a Resident Engagement Board and other involvement groups.
We want to hear from council tenants, leaseholders and other interested stakeholders to help ensure the strategy reflects the needs, experiences and priorities of our communities.
The consultation is open from 2 October to 15 October 2026.
