The Local Development Scheme (LDS) is a public project plan identifying which local development documents will be produced, in what order and when. It sets out the work programme for the preparation of the statutory development plan over a 3 year time period.
The Draft Local Development Scheme (2025-2028) was considered at Planning Policy Committee in March 2025 and approved by Full Council in May 2025.
