Arun District Council to send secure email from elections team

Arun District Council Electoral Services will soon be sending an email message asking you to confirm your electoral registration details as part of our annual canvass.
This type of communication will not be sent to all residents, so if you don’t receive it, please do not be concerned. This is only being sent to a small number of households across the district.
You will be able to tell that this is genuine as we will be sending an initial email to tell you that your property has been chosen to receive your canvass information in this way.
The email asking for a response can be trusted as we will use your first name and surname, and the email will be signed off by the Electoral Registration Officer. The email will come from elections@arun.gov.uk and use the Government Notify email system.
Please be aware that the link included in the email will take you to our secure household response partner website hosted by Civica, and you will need to use the unique security information provided to access your household details.
We will be sending out the email in the next 2-3 days and you will need to respond by 21 July 2021 in order to stop receiving the same information by post.
