Christmas closing information
All of Arun District Council’s offices will close over the Christmas period reopening on Monday 4 January 2016 at 8.45am.
Arun Civic Centre and Bognor Regis Town Hall will all be closed from 4pm on Thursday 24 December 2015.
In case of an emergency, your first step should be to visit the Arun District Council website where contact Information can be found www.arun.gov.uk.
The Council does provide an emergency standby service however this is only to deal with enquiries where there is a risk of injury to persons or damage to property affecting Arun residents or for reporting stray dogs or serious and widespread noise nuisance or anti-social behaviour.
Refuse and recycling collections, will not change unless your normal collection day is Friday, in which case, your collection will be a day late. i.e. normal collection date of 25 December will now be 26 December and normal collection due 1 January 2016 will be collected on 2 January. This covers refuse, recycling, clinical waste and sharps collections.

Community safety action lines will also be available over the Christmas break. Residents wishing to report any incidences of anti-social behaviour should contact the Sussex Police non-emergency number 101 or 999 in an emergency. Alternatively, any information on crime or criminals can be given anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
