Could your new business be flushed with success?

If you're looking to rent an unusual property to house your new venture, then look no further!

This former public toilet in Arundel is up for rent, with great potential to be converted into a shop, cafe or restaurant - subject to planning consent.

Close to the town centre and adjacent to the entrance of Arundel Castle, the property in Mill Road is vacant and being offered on a new 20 year lease.

The former public conveniences in the Manor House car park in Littlehampton now house an Outreach IT Learning Centre, run by Chichester College.

And a loo in the Cornish town of Charleston, where BBC drama Poldark was filmed, recently sold for £115,000 and is due to be converted into a holiday home.

Down the coast in Brighton, a former toilet on the Old Steine is now home to a cafe, and another in Elm Grove in the city was transformed into a florist shop.

Councillor Dudley Wensley, Deputy Leader of the Council and Cabinet Member for Corporate Governance, said: "This is a great business opportunity for the right person; somebody with not only experience, but also great vision to see the potential in this building.

"We are hoping for some interesting ideas and hope to see the building transformed as soon as possible."

So, if you're looking for an interesting business venture, why not ask for more details?
