Car park permits
Car park permits are available for town centres, seasonal, Fitzleet and Fitzalan car parks.
Virtual permits
Our car park permits are now virtual. All new applicants will receive a virtual permit you can use straight away and will not need to display anything in your windscreen.
You can also change the registration on the permit yourself at any time using the Mipermit app or the Mipermit website.
Current permit holders who have a valid paper permit will still need to display it in the windscreen of the vehicle until it has expired.
Resident permits
To apply for a new resident or business permit, you'll need to provide either:
- proof of your full-time address (Council Tax bill, a utility bill, tenancy agreement or bank statement issued within the last 3 months)
- a statement from your employer which includes the business address
