Anyone who receives Housing Benefit or Council Tax Reduction is subject to claim reviews. We may just write or email and ask you about one aspect of your claim or we may require a full claim review. If you receive a letter or email from us asking you to complete a review form, you must do so or risk having your claim stopped.
You will need to supply original proofs of your income, rent and capital in addition to completing the form. These can be posted to:

Or brought to our offices and left in our drop boxes where they will be sent to the team for verification and returned to you.
If you are unable to complete the review form online and do not have a relative or friend who can help you, please call us on 01903 737753 and we will arrange for someone to help you.
