Householders in Arun are being asked to return their annual canvass form – or be ready for a knock at the door.
Over 74,000 household enquiry forms were delivered to every address in the district over the summer to enable residents to check their electoral register details. There are still more than 20% of the forms outstanding and reminders have now been sent out where responses have not been received.

Public consultation on the new Littlehampton Leisure Centre will begin in October so get on the blocks to have your say!

Arun District Council will be displaying proposals for the new Littlehampton leisure centre from 3-10 October 2016, ahead of a planning application submission. 

Members of the public will have the opportunity to view plans and comment on the scheme.

Cabinet agrees fuel poverty funding

Arun District Council awarded over £17,000 to fund innovative energy project

 

Arun District Council’s Cabinet has approved £317,000 of external funding to be spent on delivering the West Sussex Fuel Poverty Programme. 

Arun’s Fuel Poverty Co-Ordinator will continue to use the funds to work in partnership with the community, voluntary sector and organisations across the county to reduce the impact of fuel poverty on vulnerable residents.....
