The Development for Arun District, for the area falling outside of the South Downs National Park comprises of the:

The Arun Local Plan 2011-2031 (July 2018) supersedes all policies in the Arun Local Plan 2003.  The Arun Local Plan 2003 also covers the area of Arun District which falls within the South Downs National Park (SDNP) which is the planning authority and so the 2003 Arun Local Plan remains part of the Development Plan for that area until the SDNP adopt a new Local Plan.

If you have arranged to collect documents from the Civic Centre please arrange a suitable time by replying to your receipt email. Upon receipt of your request by E-form, arrangements will be made to deliver the documents to your specified address or for them to be picked up at the Civic Centre. Subject to the level of demand for these documents it may be necessary to re-print them. Therefore there may be a delay in the documents being dispatched. Please be aware that only one set of document(s) can be purchased at a time. If you require more than one copy of the documents please go into the order form again.
