Welcome to our annual report which provides highlights of our performance for the 2021/22 financial year.
The COVID-19 pandemic continued to pose challenges, but our staff worked hard to ensure our services were delivered and provide vital support to residents.
Throughout the year our officers worked to deliver financial and tenancy support. We know that many of you will be concerned about the cost of living situation, but our officers are here to provide advice and support if you need it.
You are at the heart of everything we do as a housing service, and we have been focusing on how we can offer more opportunities for you to get involved and have a say in how services are run. During the year we carried out consultation with you on our Resident Engagement Strategy so you could help us shape the way forward in how our residents can engage with us.
We also started work to implement a new integrated housing management system called Civica CX. The new system will improve your access to our services allowing more opportunities for you to self-serve through a customer portal which we hope will give an improved customer experience.
