Resident engagement

Throughout 2021-22 we continued to develop ways to ensure you could get involved in shaping the services you receive and can feedback on how we are doing and where we need to improve.

Our resident engagement officer works across housing to develop ways for you to get involved and have your say.

During 2021-2022:

  • we launched Arun at Home our new resident magazine to give key updates on the services we deliver in housing
  • we created two new residents’ groups to give you opportunities to get involved and give us your feedback
  • we started coffee mornings in our sheltered schemes so residents can meet with a housing officer and repairs officer
  • consulted with you on our new Resident Engagement Strategy
  • worked with our Resident Readers group asking for their feedback on publications including Arun at Home, leaflets and testing our website
  • created new ways for you to feedback to us on our repairs service, complaint handling and anti-social behaviour
